Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Salem, Virginia is seeking an Assembly Kitting Clerk to coordinate production material flow and daily pull lists across multiple assembly areas. You will order materials, monitor inventory, and collaborate with plant planning to maximize efficiency and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

The role is onsite, full-time, with typical 7:00am–3:30pm shifts. Candidates should have 1–3 years of warehouse/production experience, a high school diploma, and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Ability to oversee and direct a small staff.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Generate and initiate pull lists based on planning priorities.
• Order enough products to maximize line efficiency and capacity.
• Know pallet unit configurations to ensure proper quantities.
• Monitor inventory levels by kitting area and through-put.
• Initiate return of excess inventory to the Warehouse.
• Maintain communications with Warehouse Supervisors/Managers.
• Coordinate with Receiving for time-sensitive requirements.
• Record all movements of items with active ingredients.
• Oversee and direct a small staff.
