Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate Coordinator for the 2nd shift at our Roanoke, VA facility. The role schedules and directs work, assigns personnel, equipment, and lines, and trains staff to meet priorities in the distribution area.

You will partner with supervisors to run flow picking, monitor KPI targets, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards. Heavy lifting and standing are required on a high-volume shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 1–5 years in a high-paced Order Fulfillment leadership role.
• 1–5 years’ experience with Windows, JDE, Word, Excel for Order Fulfillment.
• Problem solving skills to identify problems and solutions.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of material handling tech such as sortation and scales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct work activities of the distribution area.
• Lead on flow picking with the supervisor and fix day-to-day problems.
• Monitor pickers, auditors, and SRWWs for efficient workflows.
• Suggest improvements and communicate to supervision.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment and conduct safety/quality meetings.
• Complete daily performance reports.
