Job summary

SentryWorld is seeking a Full-time Line/Grill Cook II to join PJ’s team in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. You will prepare foods per recipes, set up multiple stations, and ensure quality and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of kitchen experience, ability to obtain the State Food Handlers Certification, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team that values hospitality and Wisconsin pride.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility.
• Ability to obtain the State Food Handlers Certification.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods specific to prescribed recipes.
• Set up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, fry, dessert, pastry and salad lines.
• Set up stations and collect necessary supplies to prepare menu items.
• Prepare a variety of foods, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items.
• Arrange sauces and garnishes for allocated station.
• Serve menu items compliant with established standards.
