Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant, and the ability to obtain a State Food Handlers Certification. Night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience.
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods specific to prescribed recipes.
• Set up food prep lines including grill, sauté, fry, pastry and salad lines.
• Set up stations and gather supplies for menu items.
• Prepare a variety of foods including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and salads.
• Arrange sauces and garnishes; serve items per established standards.
