Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain the State Food Handlers Certification.
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility.
• Ability to prepare food from recipes, commensurate with incumbent’s skills level.
• Ability to be Self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and able to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes made from our own recipes and assist with baking pastry items as needed.
• Set up assigned stations and gather necessary supplies/ingredients.
• Serve menu items following established standards to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station.
