Qualifications

• High school diploma and construction experience required.
• 2 years’ experience as Line & Grade Instrument Man I preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong teamwork and safety mindset.

Responsabilités

• Maintain all site dimensions and controls accurately.
• Layout building locations, structures, and dimensions.
• Establish primary and secondary survey points and transfer control on site.
• Coordinate with Party Chief and foremen to ensure constructability.
• Support field teams to resolve layout conflicts and tolerances.
• Provide data to the Party Chief for defining points in data collectors.
• Ensure safety and comply with PPE requirements.
