Requirements
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service or scratch kitchen preferred.
  • Passion for cooking with a commitment to producing high-quality food consistently.
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques.
  • Ability to read, understand, and accurately execute recipes and plating specifications.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
  • Willingness to accept coaching, feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Must be punctual and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (8–10 hour shifts).
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) preferred.
