Job summary

Kuber Washington Llc in Battle Ground, WA is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. You will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals and help create an excellent dining experience for patrons.

The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and works well under pressure. Responsibilities include setting up the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes, supervising teammates, maintaining inventory, and complying with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Nights and weekend availability.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler Certification.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create menus according to season and customer research.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.
