Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Chandler, AZ is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef. You will prepare food according to established recipes and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Love for food with attention to detail in weights and measures.
• Able to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
