Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Peoria, AZ is hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef. The role involves preparing food to recipe standards while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

No prior experience is required and training is provided. A Food Handler’s Card may be required, and candidates should be passionate about food and accuracy in weights and measurements.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Love for food with knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
