Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediate full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Part ie, or Station Chef in Chandler, AZ. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, follow safety guidelines, and work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the restaurant. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain.
• Ability to learn the restaurant menu, weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
• Setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
