Qualifications

• 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Previous knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go.
• Keep work areas clean and organized following checklists.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper stock and prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control and safety.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures and food safety checklists.
