Le Pain Quotidien in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a part-time Cook to join our guest-focused team. Prep and execute menu items, maintain clean work areas, and support the Kitchen Manager with par levels and quality checks.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and flexibility; training across kitchen stations is available. Competitive hourly pay with tips, plus health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan after probation.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Previous knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen preferred.

Mansioni

• Prep and execute all menu items, including those for seasonal and specials by LPQ standards.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized; follow cleaning checklists.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper food par levels and use prep sheet.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures per checklists and Kitchen Manager guidance.
• Follow Le Pain Quotidien cleaning and food safety checklists.
