Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with Sundays off possible and growth opportunities within the organization.

Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items per recipes, maintaining quality and plating standards, and ensuring food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portions, and plating standards.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and station setup prior to service.
• Ensure timely preparation of guest orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to support smooth operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other kitchen duties as assigned.
