The Garden Restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week with a PM shift, working in a renowned hospitality setting at Temple Square.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$21.00) based on experience, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within a beloved local dining destination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and food quality.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and plating.
• Assist with food prep, stocking and station set-up.
• Ensure timely preparation of guest orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team to support operations.
