Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort Llc in McCall, Idaho, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher/utility to maintain clean cookware, utensils, and dishware. You will operate the dish machine, wash by hand, and ensure proper sanitation throughout the Back of House.

Join a fast-paced team, assist with prep, stocking, and other duties as assigned, with a typical shift from 8AM to 6PM and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and place in dish racks.
• Operate dish machine and hand-wash pots and pans in 3-compartment sink.
• Set up and break down dishwashing area; maintain sanitation.
• Transport clean dishes to cook’s line and storage areas.
• Assist in other duties as assigned (prep, runner, stocking).
