Job Summary

NEWLY OPENED! Join our team as a Line Cook and bring your passion for cooking to a high-energy, upscale environment.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts required.

Your Role:
  • Prep & Precision: Stock ingredients, prepare components, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Culinary Execution: Prepare dishes promptly according to recipes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and restock as needed.
  • Safety First: Follow all food safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in kitchen opening and closing procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum two years in a high-volume, upscale environment.
  • Certification: Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Proficiency in upscale techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
