Job Summary:

We are seeking a Grill Cook to join our new location in Valpo, IN. Must have two years of previous grill experience in a high-volume, upscale environment. Responsible for preparing meals using high-quality ingredients and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
  • Stock ingredients and supplies, prepare components, and maintain cleanliness
  • Prepare food promptly according to recipes
  • Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to company policies on ethics and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Two years of grill experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Experience with restaurant opening preferred
  • Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Knowledge of upscale culinary techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
