Xanterra Travel Collection at Grand Canyon South Rim is seeking a Line Cook Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations during shifts, with emphasis on training, productivity and teamwork. You will support Kitchen Management across stations and ensure ServeSafe HACCP standards are met.

This full-time, year-round role pays $20.95 per hour and typically runs a 40-hour, five-day schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of ala carte or batch cooking experience in a Cook I or Senior Cook role.
• Experience training kitchen staff in basic cooking skills and sanitation.
• Ability to assess productivity and train personnel as needed.
• Pass Serve Safe HACCP food sanitation course.

Responsabilités

• Display emphasis on cook productivity and performance during the shift by assisting the various stations in maintaining productivity levels equal to order tickets.
• Assist Kitchen Management in training of new kitchen employees.
• Assist training of current employees promoted to cook positions.
• Work in all kitchen stations as needed to maintain productivity.
