Job summary

The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon, operated by Xanterra Travel Collection®, is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to support a fast-paced food and beverage operation one mile from the Grand Canyon entrance. The role focuses on coordinating kitchen production, ordering, sanitation, and staff training to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time, year-round position in Tusayan, AZ offers $20.75 per hour, a typical 40-hour work week, weekend/evening/holiday shifts, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two (2) years supervisory or lead cook experience in a high-volume ala carte dining or institutional setting with ability to train staff in all kitchen positions.

Responsibilities

• Support adherence to Hygiene, Food Sanitation and Environment policies.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards for all kitchen areas.
• Assist with menu production, ordering, and prep lists.
• Train staff and supervise kitchen operations during shifts.
• Coordinate with FOH managers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
