Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant dining atmosphere.
• Assist with supervision and training of culinary staff as needed.
• Prepare and execute dining enhancement and banquet programs.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary kitchen and storage areas at all times.
• Open and/or close the kitchen and adhere to schedules.
