Raines Co. on St. Simons Island, GA, is seeking a Line Cook for Sea Palms Resort's on-site restaurant. You will set up, cook, plate, and maintain food quality while complying with health guidelines.

Requires at least two years in hotels or restaurants, and must hold applicable certifications (Food Handler, CPR/First Aid, ServSafe). Equal opportunity employer; background check required.

Formación

• Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields.
• Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, stock and organize workstation and levels for production of food items.
• Prepares (thaws, cuts, machines) food items according to menu standards, portions and stores them in properly labeled containers.
• Plates food according to standard plating menu with garnishments and food quantities.
• Performs side duties, including cleaning, inventory, and organizing.
