Qualifications

• Must follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Able to read recipes and food labels; follow manual for plate presentation.
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication with team and manager; read POS orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Flanigan’s recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotate products to par level and stock stations.
• Transport items within kitchen and assist with unloading deliveries.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen area; breakdown stations at close.
• Follow safety guidelines; work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
