Qualifikationen

• Must be able to stand 100% of shift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a hot kitchen environment.
• Ability to read recipes and food labels and follow safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Prepares menu items according to Flanigan’s recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in accordance with policies.
• Transports items to and from kitchen and assists with dishwashing as needed.
• Supports station setup, rotates stock to par levels, and assists with prep work.
