Qualifications

• Must complete and pass food safety certification program.
• Can reach, bend, stoop as necessary.
• Able to read POS ticket orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipe manual.
• Clean and maintain kitchen area throughout shift.
• Communicate ticket times and execute food flow.

Skills

Ability to speak, read and write English

Ability to safely use kitchen machinery

Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to read recipes and food labels
