• At least 1 year cooking experience, scratch cooking preferred.
• Experience at sauté, grill, pantry, and prep stations.
• Must deliver flavorful, high-quality food and strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals using scratch techniques when possible.
• Cook a variety of menu items across sauté, grill, pantry and prep.
• Follow recipes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
