Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Whitefish, MT is seeking a Line Cook starting at $20/hour. If you enjoy scratch cooking and building relationships with residents, you’ll thrive in a supportive culinary team focused on fresh, flavorful meals and exceptional service.

You’ll prepare meals for residents using scratch techniques and work at sauté, grill, pantry and prep stations. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior senior living experience is a plus.

• At least 1 year of cooking experience (scratch cooking preferred).
• Experience with sauté, grill, pantry, and prep stations.
• Takes pride in preparing flavorful, quality food.
• Communicates well with coworkers, residents, and vendors.
• Depenable, positive, and accountable.
• Senior living experience is a plus but not required.

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for our residents using scratch cooking techniques whenever possible.
• Cook a variety of menu items including sauté, grill, pantry, and prep.
• Follow recipes while maintaining consistency, food quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Help create an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed and cared for.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
