Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy senior living community kitchen. Shifts run 10:30am-7pm with weekend availability; you will prepare meals from scratch, follow recipes, and ensure high presentation standards for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months Line Cook experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug screen, TB test required.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch according to assigned recipe specifications and quality standards.
• Follow recipes, manage portion control and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Properly manage cook times while preparing and efficiently managing several orders simultaneously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Follow checklists and company procedures to ensure kitchen is stocked and well maintained at all times.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction your top priority in every interaction.
