Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or senior living environments.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation standards.
• Experience with scratch kitchens and quality ingredients.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency for daily service and events.
• Operate multiple stations during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered functions.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper portion control.
