Job summary
Flanigans is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team in Florida. You will follow the recipe manual, maintain plate presentation, and ensure proper stock levels to prevent kitchen disruption.

Qualifications
- Reads and follows recipe manuals and plate presentation standards.
- Maintains safety and sanitation per policy and Florida statutes.
- Communicates ticket times and food flow from kitchen to guests.
Responsibilities
- Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Prepares menu items according to recipe manual and plate standards.
- Rotates products to par level to keep kitchen running smoothly.
- Completes prep work and stocks stations as needed.
- Transports items within the kitchen and assists vendors.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen area and stations throughout shift.
- Breaks down and cleans all stations at closing.
