Tine & Cellar is a restaurant dedicated to rustic and satisfying Old World flavors with a vibrant, contemporary twist. Under the Head Chef's direction, you will cook and plate exceptional dishes and assist with opening and closing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe kitchen, stocking and prepping your station, and cross-training across all stations to learn every menu item and technique. Positive teamwork is essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Clean, stock and prep for your station or any others as needed
• Learn and perform all opening and closing tasks to a high standard
• Learn all menu items and their preparation/presentation through cross training at all stations
• Learn new techniques and dishes as directed by the Chef
• Work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude
