Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead to avoid over-prepping.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep proper temperatures.
• Check pars and prep needs; keep buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with date and cover perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Attend regularly and be available for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
