Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a part-time Stewarding Associate for the Westin Riverwalk San Antonio. You will assist the Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant outlets in cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage areas, sorting soiled ware, and maintaining dish equipment.

Strong physical stamina and reliable attendance are essential. Responsibilities include polishing silverware, keeping kettles and pots clean, and safely moving items through busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist stewarding supervisor and outlets with cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage areas.
• Sort and wash soiled ware; ensure proper placement in dish/ware processing facilities.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and stocked; maintain equipment as required.
• Polish and de-tarnish silverware; ensure proper appearance and finish.
• Transport and handle items; assist in moving heavy loads and equipment.
