Responsibilities include:

  3. Cooking food by grilling, frying, sautéing, etc., according to recipes and standards.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation by proper handling and storage.
  5. Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces after shifts.
  6. Performing inventory checks and logging food storage.
