We are seeking a passionate and experienced line cook with strong time management skills to provide our clients with an exceptional dining experience. Our busy restaurant requires a team player capable of preparing meals precisely according to guest orders and standard recipes.

The ideal candidate should be versatile, able to work at various stations including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying. Responsibilities

1. Prepare menu items by grilling, broiling, or sautéing according to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Set up and organize cooking stations with necessary preparation items for each shift.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
4. Ensure food quality by adhering to proper storage and waste management protocols for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy.
5. Engage professionally with visitors, vendors, and team members, fostering a positive environment.

Qualifications
