Line Cook (All Outlets)

Location: Atlanta, GA • 196 Montgomery Ferry Drive NE, Atlanta, GA, 30309

Overview: The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving food across multiple dining outlets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with kitchen staff to cook menu items.
  3. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards.
  5. Handle and store food properly.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and pulling.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Ability to work in hot outdoor environments.
  • Lift 25-50 lbs.
