Convene Hospitality Group seeks a Line Cook to join the Culinary Team in a fast-paced, high-end setting. You will prep, cook, and plate daily menu items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and support catering orders with precision and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cook experience, strong knife skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a willingness to grow within Convene's vibrant hospitality

Qualifications

• 1+ year cooking experience in a related role.
• Strong cooking and knife skills required.
• Positive, enthusiastic approach to assignments.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Cheerful, presentable, and helpful with customers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and serve daily menu items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in portioning, timing, plate assembly, and communication for daily service.
• Prepare and deliver catering orders with precision and punctuality.
• Assist teammates to complete kitchen duties within time constraints.
• Follow all proper steps of service per Convene standards.
• Maintain sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
