Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club environments preferred.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency and presentation.
• Execute dishes across multiple stations with minimal supervision.
• Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service.
• Ensure all food meets quality, flavor, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with advanced prep and support banquet/event service.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen staff.
• Mentor junior cooks as needed.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.
