Job summary

West Texas Chop House is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to complete prep items, set up line stations and maintain presentation and quality across dishes. The role requires handling multiple orders with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items per West Texas Chop House recipes and presentations, serves hot and cold items concurrently.
• Completes prep work: measures ingredients, washes, cuts and prepares food for cooking.
• Sets up and maintains clean, stocked workstations.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in work areas.
• Completes daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintains urgency, monitors ticket times and coordinates with team to ensure timely prep.
