Job summary

IHOP is seeking a kitchen team member to support the grill and galley operations. You will learn and apply IHOP-specific terminology, plating, menu items and procedures according to company standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, verifying stock, and upholding sanitation policies. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, performing duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Learning and applying IHOP galley terminology, plating, menu items and procedures according to company standards.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area while complying with sanitation standards.
• Standing for up to 8 hours, able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and verify stock for service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by supervisor.
