IHOP is hiring cooks to prepare and cook food to IHOP standards, ensuring minimal waste and accurate plating. You will learn IHOP galley terminology, menu items, and procedures while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and set up equipment for daily operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, quality checks of ingredients, and supporting the restaurant team as needed by the supervisor. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• IHOP Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste.
• The duties include learning and applying IHOP-specialized galley terminology, plating, menu items, and procedures.
• IHOP Cooks set up equipment, verify stock, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• This position requires standing up to 8 hours, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, and full mobility for repetitive tasks.
• Perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.
