Lazy Acres Market, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Cook to support daily operations in our Food Service department. You will prepare and cook menu items, follow exact recipes and portion sizes, and maintain high sanitation standards.

The role requires a 1-year culinary certificate or 3–6 months of related experience. You will work with grills, ovens and other cook stations, while ensuring FIFO practices and safe food temperatures.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training acceptable.
• Ability to follow recipes and FDA health standards.

Responsabilités

• Preps, prepares and cooks items for daily orders and requisitions supplies.
• Follows recipes and portion sizes to exact specifications.
• Cleans fruits/vegetables and assists with salads and dressings.
• Operates grill, pizza oven or other cook stations as needed.
• Maintains FIFO, labels leftovers and inspects food temperatures for safety.
• Light dishwashing may be required.
