Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is hiring for a Line Cook and Dishwasher role in a fast-paced Tex-Mex kitchen. The position offers compensation from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour and promotes a people-first culture with opportunities for management advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
