Position Details

Colorado Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwashers

Our kitchen emphasizes scratch cooking with premium ingredients. Our on-premises butcher shop ensures freshness and flavor of our beef and bison. As a team member, you'll prepare made-from-scratch food and engage with guests in our display kitchens.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
• Team player
• Ability to multitask

Physical Requirements

• Stand throughout entire shift
• Bend, reach, push, lift (up to 100 lbs. up to 20 times per shift)
• Exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and cold
