Description
Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family-oriented, private club and golf course located in Cherry Hills Village off of Belleview and I-25. Our dedicated kitchen team plays a vital role in providing our members with upscale casual dining, patio service, and special events.
We are currently seeking Line Cooks to support our mobile outdoor kitchen during a $35M renovation of our clubhouse. Reliability and flexibility are essential qualities for this role.

Position Summary: Prepares meals by analyzing recipes, handling ingredients through slicing, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing; adding seasonings; verifying tastes and doneness; assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients; and arranging hot and cold components using appropriate serving ware. May grill, sauté, roast, fry, and broil ingredients.

Skills: Demonstrates good knife skills, understanding of cooking methods, sanitation, safety, and kitchen operations including ordering processes.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Frequent physical activities including carrying, climbing, crouching, grasping, gripping, handling, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pinching, pulling, pushing, sitting, standing, and repetitive motions. Ability to work in various environmental conditions such as heat, humidity, noise, and temperature fluctuations. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
Work Environment: Occasionally exposed to extreme heat, humidity, wet conditions, noise, hazards, and temperature changes.

Knowledge: Understanding of discipline, processes, and contribution to team goals. Uses common sense for routine issues and follows established procedures.
Scope: Works under moderate supervision, following detailed instructions. Tasks are reviewed for accuracy and adequacy, typically resolved within one to two days. Limited external contact, primarily internal within the department.
