BERKELEY HALL CLUB, INC. in Bluffton, SC is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join the Culinary team.

You will support dishwashing and prep activities under the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef and help maintain high sanitation standards in a private golf club environment. Responsibilities include following daily duties, inspecting the dishwasher, breaking down the machine as needed, rotating in-house items, and performing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous kitchen experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef to receive any special duties for the day.
• Inspect the dishwasher for obstructions, proper assembly or mechanical difficulties, and prepare for operation.
• Breakdown the machine after every two hours of use and when shift is over.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in all areas that come in contact with food.
• Complete a prep list provided by the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef on a daily basis.
• Rotate all in-house prepared items.
• Other duties as assigned.
