Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a professional Line Cook in Paso Robles, CA. You will prepare food to exact chef specifications and set up stations for the menu, assisting executive and sous chefs with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to follow chef's specifications and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and stock food items and supplies.
• Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing and making sauces.
• Cook items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to recipe standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food storage to meet sanitation requirements.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at end of shift.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
