Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and to set up stations for the menu. You will assist the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks, contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

You will set up and stock items, prepare ingredients, cook using grill/fry/sauté, and maintain sanitation and inventory logs, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a generous 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
