Job summary

Won't Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will execute prep tasks, follow recipes precisely, and maintain high sanitation and quality standards throughout service.

The role requires basic knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the BoH team under leadership of the Kitchen Manager and Shift Lead. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Shift Lead.
• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards.
• Label, date, and store all prepared food items to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow company recipes and procedures with quality and safety in mind.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized prep area and assist with dishwashing or line support.
