Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Hotel Line Cook to bring culinary skills to our rapidly expanding hospitality group. You will prepare dishes following brand recipe cards and ensure consistent quality with attention to presentation and safe serving temperatures.

In this role, you’ll document container rotations, adhere to SOPs, and maintain spotless safety practices, arriving in a clean uniform and ready to serve, while proactively supporting inventory, equipment upkeep, and guest

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
